Shipping & Returns
Many of our products are custom and need 4+ weeks for production. Orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive an estimated ship date within 48 hours of placing your order. If you need a shorter lead time please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping on all goods is calculated by Fedex at check out.
Shipping confirmations are sent directly from FedEx once your order is en route.
Our carrier does not deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
For international shipping, please email email@example.com with your address and item(s) you wish to purchase to receive a shipping quote. Please note, all international packages are subject to taxes and duties upon delivery in your territory. Shipping quotes exclude duties and taxes. The Playhouse will not be responsible for the cost of clearing your items through customs.
In-house pickup is available from The Playhouse 1133 Broadway, Suite 520, New York, NY, 10010, Monday-Friday, 11am-5pm. For in-house pickup, select this option at checkout.
In stock items are eligable for return within 7 days of delivery confirmation. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
All custom orders are final sale.
We reserve the right to refuse packages that are sent without prior knowledge. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs, credit fees, or items damaged in shipping. If your items are damaged upon arrival, please email email@example.com for next steps.
